From Channel Partners and Associates: From certified architects, property advisors, brokers, or technical partners with whom we have valid agreements, provided that such parties represent and confirm that they have obtained the necessary consent or lawful authority to share such Personal Data with us.

PURPOSE AND LAWFUL BASIS OF PROCESSING

2. Legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, including but not limited to:
   • Performance of a contract, preparation of structural drawings, turnkey execution, and project estimation.
   • Coordinating site engineer inspections, material quality checks, and real-time progress updates.
   • Customer support, enquiry response, milestone notifications, and project handover coordination.
   • Compliance with statutory tax, regulatory, municipal, and legal safety standards in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR, and India.

CONSENT MECHANISM

Consent is obtained through clear affirmative action such as submitting contact and enquiry forms on our website, checking affirmation boxes, or continuing the use of our Services after being presented with our consent and privacy notice.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at vasundharaleads@gmail.com. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to such withdrawal, nor will it invalidate processing necessary for fulfilling existing contractual and construction commitments.
